At Lacrosse All Day, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of damage, stains, or odors
  • Returned with original tags and packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited releases
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges based on product availability.

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us before sending your return to confirm availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Lacrosse All Day is not responsible for lost return shipments.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
